If you vote, and try to vote again, it still recognizes you've voted. Clear cookies, and there you go, you vote again. It's an easy way to tip the scales in your favor. It's not like anyone has any bias in the world any way...

It may look look like multiple votes are registered, but they are not. We track votes with a variety of methods.
