It's a damn shame that the 1920x1080 controller boards are all so expensive to get in the UK .I'm stuck between going whole-hog and spending close to �400 for the display& controller alone or just settling for a cheap 720p display (actually just an LCD monitor with VGA, so no non-progressive component inputs) for �160.

Then there's the cost of the rest of the components.
